The Amazing Advantages of Life in Tennessee
So there are a number of things that you can do while you're here in Knoxville. For one thing, we have Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, which is right next door to us. And we have Dollywood, which is a major theme park attraction.
Knoxville has an amazing music scene. I probably go to two concerts a month at least, and it's one of my favorite activities to do.
But we also have the mountains right next to us. So that includes hiking, tubing, whitewater rafting. You name it, you can find it.
Well, Nashville for me is a vibrant city with a lot of diversity and a lot of opportunities. There's a lot of business that goes on there that attracts people from lots of different backgrounds and lots of different areas of the world.
Another great thing about the University of Tennessee is football game atmosphere. I tell you what, I come from the Big Ten, and those games are pretty intense, but there's nothing like SEC football. It is completely a different world.
When you walk in, it really feels like a family. The faculty and staff and all the students, they all come together to give you the best educational experience that you can have. I mean, any time you have a problem, it's a very open environment. And I just felt extremely at home here.
